Long Beach State hosted Seattle University and the Pyramid. LBSU lost, 73-54. The game featured the return of Seattle coach Joan Bonvicini, who coached LBSU from 1979-1991, and former LBSU player Penny Tolder, now the general manager of the Los Angeles Sparks.
